Ms Giordmaina has held the position of Head of Quality within the Group since 2009. Her role involves enforcing food safety and validation of procedures, including interpretation of microbiological analysis, ensuring quality of products and hygiene practices. Ms Giordmaina is instrumental in the implementation of HACCP manuals and achieving ISO 220000, Halal and BRC V.8 for the Group.
She is also Health & Safety Officer for the Group, implementing risk assessment and liaising with consultants and authorities. Ms Giordmaina is President of the HACCP Team and the Halal Committee.
Ms Giordmaina has a BSc. (Hons) in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Malta. She has also taken a number of courses in a variety of subjects including and not limited to Quality in Food Management, Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management, Global Standard for Food Safety and Health & Safety.
