Raisa Rizzo is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than a decade of experience in HR management, talent development, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as the HR Manager for the group, overseeing the HR operations across multiple sectors including healthcare and hospitality.
In her role with the group, Raisa leads a dynamic team of HR professionals, ensuring strategic alignment of people initiatives across the group’s extensive workforce of over 4,500 employees. Her responsibilities span the full HR lifecycle—from workforce planning and employee relations to policy development and talent management—while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
Prior to this, Raisa held the position of HR Manager within the catering arm of the same group, where she was instrumental in driving HR functions in a high-paced aviation catering environment. This experience honed her skills in operational HR and change management within complex, fast-moving settings.
Raisa is passionate about implementing forward-thinking HR strategies that enhance leadership capability, boost employee engagement, and contribute to business growth. She is recognised for her strategic thinking, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to cultivating inclusive, people-focused workplaces.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Work and Human Resources from the University of Malta (2017) and a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Coventry University, UK (2020).
